Yes. When activated, eALERT produces no sound, no popup, no flash, and no visible change on screen. The person standing at your counter or desk has no way of knowing an alert was sent. The signal goes directly to our monitoring centre in the background.

How fast do operators respond?

Within seconds. When an eALERT signal arrives, an operator at our Five Diamond ULC-certified monitoring centre sees it immediately with full context — button type, workstation ID, location, and pre-configured response instructions. Emergency services are contacted within 60 seconds.

Does it integrate with POS systems?

Yes. The Cash Drawer Hold-Up button can be configured to automatically open the POS cash drawer upon activation, allowing staff to comply with a robbery demand without any suspicious movement while simultaneously alerting the monitoring centre.
