I help municipal and public sector teams set up lone worker safety monitoring that staff actually use, whether that is an app, automated phone calls, or both.
Before joining ProTELEC, I was a Provincial Director with Manitoba Community Justice. I led the rollout of CheckMate across the department, so I have been on your side of the table. I know what it takes to get buy-in, train staff, and make a system stick.
